I love my new pedometer. After looking at different types, and owning several over the years, I felt that this pedometer was the best. Since Dr. Oz uses this on his Discovery TV shows, I felt it would suit my needs very well. It is very easy to learn, and I like that it clips very securely onto your pants. The last one I had must have fallen off somewhere!! Since you are able to download your information onto the computer, it is a great way to track your success. I hope you choose this great pedometer if you are looking to purchase one - you won't be sorry.

I really liked this product especially the software that comes with the pedometer it helps with keeping track of your fitness level and it keeps you up to wanting to do it each day! it tracks everything and works great!

This is the only pedometer I've ever had.. it does what it's supposed to, seems to be accurate and work well. It does count some extra steps in my car, not sure if that's related to bouncing or the stick shift.

I've been using this pedometer for 5 months now. It's been has been tremendously helpful to me as I work towards my fitness goals.
Things I love about it:
1. Ease of use (including set-up)
2. The fact that it can also be used in my purse - very convenient
3. The Omron Health Management software - I love the fact that I can keep track of my daily, monthly and yearly progress, particularly with the charts
4. The additional clip on the strap - it's prevented me from losing the pedometer on two occasions.
5. The ability to scroll through seven days of info on the pedometer
6. Greater accuracy than the two pedometers I owned previously
7. The fact that it counts aerobic as well as moderate steps - difficult to fool yourself that a lazy stroll counts as aerobic exercise!
Drawbacks:
Only one drawback, really. I wish the unit was a bit smaller - it looks and feels like a huge unnatural growth on the hip!
It's working so well that I am not considering a replacement; but I'd happily buy another one if I was still in the market for a pedometer!

This pedometer is definitely large. I guess I didn't read that it was a "pocket" pedometer. It's almost the size of a cell phone, so it's a little hard to wear everyday. It does count your steps very accurately though, which is the main point!
