I have been taking this product ( three caps a day ) for over four years with great results. My total Cholesterol used to be 230-240 and I could not get it down regardless of my diet, exercise etc. Now my total Cholesterol is 180-190, I also take Nordic Naturals Omega 3 and this has raised my good cholesterol ( 3 caps a day also ) from 50 to 70. br /This is a great bproduct, TRY it.
