Product Description
Maple Syrup is distilled from the sap of Sugar Maple Trees in springtime. It takes 40 gallons of pure sap to make one gallon of pure syrup. A good Sugar Maple Tree is able to produce 1 to 2 quarts of pure maple syrup each season. This syrup is organically grown in New England. Grade B Maple Syrup has a deeper, richer flavor than dark, medium or light grade A syrup.

I got this for the MC Diet. Until I found out about private family owned companies that also provide a home made product. That's recommeneded, but if your just getting started you can start with this but FYI it wont be enough!!!
