This is pretty good for a backache but I feel Arniflora is a better Arnica Gel. I only wish it were stronger lasted longer. But it does seem to help. Although my absolute favorite is DEFINITELY Biofreeze. That stuff is amazing!

Arnica Gel is a wonderful, natural, healer for bruises and muscle strain. It makes the discoloration disappear quickly while healing the soreness of the impact. I keep a tube in each bathroom and use as soon as I bang myself on anything.

Worked great for bruises. I fell while playing tennis and hit my elbow and knee pretty hard, then applied the gel as soon as I got home and never had any bruising. However, it didn't seem to give me any pain relief for my sore muscles. br / br /Service was great though. Got my order promtly.
