 worth a try for people with unruly digestive systems July 27, 2007

i've never been formally diagnosed with any gastrointestinal problems but few days go by that i don't have to reach for the alka-seltzer or tums. i started taking triphala about a month ago and i've noticed some improvements - it hasn't eliminated indigestion altogether but my stomach feels better calmer more often. br / br /i'm not giving 5 stars because i'm not really sure how it works i'm fairly new to it. it's apparently an ayurvedic remedy that works to 'tone the large intestine' (hmmm, is that even possible?). well i don't know but so far so good, so i will continue to take triphala. the other nice thing is that its natural (made from dried powder of 3 fruits). br / br / br / br /
