Bought this for my wife and so I asked her how she liked it. She likes it better than the one she had from LLBean; says it blocks more light and is more comfortable but it does make her face sweat around the eyes. br /From my perspective, I know it gives her a better nights sleep as she is very sensitive to light. She doesn't wake up as much and that's good for both of us. br /

If you read reviews of sleep masks, you know they vary in quality. This one is great. Still, it seems strange to write a "rave review" for a sleep mask, but I've tried quite a few of them and found them lacking. br / br /I sleep in a room that gets bright early and a sleep mask really helps me get a better sleep. The way this mask contours to the face really helps block light better than others I've tried. The material is just heavy enough to allow it to retrain its special face-hugging shape, especially important in the below-the-eye area, even after hand washing the sleep mask. br / br /I also have found the strap to be well made. The strap is what has "broken" most quickly on every other sleep mask I've used and this one feels like it will last much longer than ones I've used in the past. br / br /If you've read the recent finding on how important sleep is to your health, you know the importance on finding the best way to allow your body to get the sleep it needs. This sleep mask has become part of my routine for better sleep. Highly recommended.

The best one I have found so far. The velcro holds firm while the eyes cups allow eye movement. Great product !
