Works Great, Even Better than Lactaid Pills November 6, 2008

This stuff is as good as everyone says it is. It cured my lactose intolerance. When I used Lactaid lactase pills I would still get some bloating and gas. But with this once a day I get none. I eat cheese, ice cream, and cereal with regular milk now and it doesn't effect me. br / br /

I developed lactose intolerance and tried to limit the amount of dairy in my diet. I LOVE ice cream and cheese so it was very difficult. I have been using this product for a couple of years. It works very well for me. It takes 30 to 60 days of taking them daily before they are fully effective.
