This product works great. I was taking stool softeners everyday and wasn't doing alot of good. I ask a Herb shoppee what would be good and natural and he suggested Natures Secret Super Cleanse. It certainly make me feel better. I am very regular, now.

I started taking 1 Super Cleanse tablet twice daily just yesterday. I took one this morning, and today I've had probably 15 watery stools.. I know- too much information,- but this is not at all what I expected. Uncomfortable, and have to stay close to home...

It works. Nothing freaky came out of me. Just 8 pounds of waste. I feel better and have more energy. This is def a jumpstart to getting in shape. PEOPLE!!! GET YOUR INSIDES HEALTHY FIRST!!! Your general health starts on the inside.

I'd just first like to point out that I did not buy this product because I have digestive issues. I'm pretty regular as far as that goes. I purchased this product to compliment a total body detox/colon cleanse I did for five days, and overall, I was pretty satisfied with the results. br / br /During the cleanse, I followed a strict diet of fresh fruits and veggies, brown rice, water and all-natural fruit juices only. The first day, I didn't notice any changes, and was worried the product wouldn't flush me out, but then I increased my dosage to 2 capsules twice a day, and that did the trick. I did experience some cramping (and gas - not sure if that's normal) with this product, but nothing that couldn't be tolerated, and with a four-per-day dosage, I was having 3-4 bowel movements per day, which is what I was hoping for for a really cleaned out feeling. br / br /It's been a few days since my cleanse, and I'm pretty happy with the results. Not sure if it's because of this product, or because of the diet, but I would definitely use it again. I definitely feel like it cleaned out my colon, that's for sure. br / br /

Follow the directions and you will clean yourself well and feel better. After a week I back off to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening daily. I am confident there is no build up of waste in my intestines. No side effects.
