 Good Sound, But FM Reception and MP3 Output Poor September 5, 2008

The sound of this unit is very, very good. Deep bass and clear tone. The external MP3 input is good, but difficult to calibrate for good output. Very low sound output, but I'm still experimenting with it. The FM reception is poor at best. Lots of static on stations that I thought were strong in our area. I guess you can't have it all.

Great sound!!! I was pretty surprised. Word of warning... Don't judge the sound until it's installed. I was not impressed with the sound out of the box. Installed it and it sounds amazing. Very slim. very stylish. Love it!

I was looking to replace my under the counter kitchen radio which died after 1&1/2 years, I wasn't happy 6 months after warranty ran out my GPX brand just stopped working. So I went out web shopping for a slim line under the counter radio again.I"m thankful for Amazon's reviews because the radio I had my eyes on had bad reviews. It was a "GE", the Sony had excellent reviews & was the slim line I needed, therefore I purchased it I am very happy with its perfomance it brings in many more stations & is so much easier to function.I love it!!!!

Great product, easy to install, speaker sound is great, and the remote has a magnet for the fridge (Groovy). I'm very happy with this prodcut and would recommend it.

I just got this yesterday, it was really easy to install. At first I was nervous because I realized that the device was a little larger than my cabinet depth. But they provide spacers so that it can be installed lower. The sound on it is great, everything works great. The only complaint I have is that the ipod cord is too short. I had to install mine against a wall so there really isn't space for me to put the ipod holder since it can only go on the right side. This is because the cord won't reach to the other side, there are actually holes to place the holder on the other side. Because of this I give it four stars instead of five. But overall a great system and I would recommend it to my friends.
