Great travel potty August 18, 2008 W. Cochenour (Arvada, CO) My son is 3 years old, and is great at going potty at home and refused to wear diapers/pullups anymore, but was scared of using the big toilets when we were out and about. The first time I set this potty up, he sat on it readily and went right away. He's never seemed uncomfortable sitting on it and I find it really easy to set up. It fits wonderfully in a diaper bag or big purse. Most importantly, we can now spend hours out playing or running errands without being afraid of accidents. Has made me a VERY happy mom!!
Awesome!!! August 3, 2008 Laura Sullivan (Illinois) This little potty really came in handy when my two-year-old decided he had to go potty while we were driving and there was no where for me to stop that had restrooms, so I just pulled over, pulled out the potty, set it up in the front passenger seat and my son did his business all in less than five minutes. It was that easy!!! Worth every penny!!! I now carry it around in my purse and use it as potty seat on regular toilets as well.
Compact but does the job July 26, 2008 AJsMommy (California) This is a really tiny potty that we use for on-the-go potty training. It is helpful because the seat can be expanded and used for turning any adult size toilet into one that a small bottom fits on. This potty can be used two ways, either as its own small potty for anytime use (at home or on the go) OR convert a larger toilet in to a potty training potty. And the price can't be beat. I also heard you don't really need to buy the special bags for the potty, you can just use a plastic bag that you have recycled, but we haven't tried it yet. Looks like it would work though. The "travel bag" doesn't seem like it will hold up very long, so we may need a Plan B at some point.
Great travel potty! July 21, 2008 T's Parents (Redmond, WA United States) Just got this today for my son who turns 3 this week. Was worried it'd be to small because I had read other reviews saying a normal size toddler didn't fit on it very well. To my surprise my son fit just fine on it and there was actually a gap between him and the front of it and he's not a small kid. Maybe the new "Plus" version is a little bit bigger. Also, the legs seem sturdy, just make sure you try it before you put your child on it. My husband even liked it and said it was very easy to use today.
