I can't add much to what's already been written, but I bought mine in Onyx Black. It looks great sitting in my kitchen. I really loved the Empire Red, but I thought the Onyx would look less of a fad and go with whatever colors I decorated with in the future. I've owned a bowl-lift Pro model, but it was too tall to sit under the cabinets when not in use, and really, it had unnecessary power for just a home kitchen, in my opinion. br / br /Also, if you have the option, get your paddle attachment in the white enamel instead of the stainless steel, it discolors if you put it through the washer. The white enameled one will hold up for years and look nice.
