The Cratex bullets are an excellnt product and I have used them for many years. On this occasion though, several of them had holes that were too large to fit properly on the threaded mandrels. I contacted the folks at B2Bprofessionaltools and (after my server bounced their return messages back)got a phone call from Thomas on a Sunday afternoon! The emails and phone calls are prompt and VERY pleasant. Resolution to the problem is underway. I suppose this is less about the Cratex bullets than the fantastic folks at B2Bprofessionaltools. The abrasive bullets are a great product though. (I use them for quickly removing seams from polyurethane castings.) but I will definitely purchase items from this seller again. Thank you SO much!
