Product Description If you are sure that kiting is for you and you want to learn on the best possible kite, the Prism Quantum is tailor-made for you. The Spectra line is the best in the business and the full carbon frame will be very forgiving in a crash. The seven foot wingspan will pull against you hard in heavy winds to give you a rush, but the Quantum is light enough to be handled in a light breeze. The impressive range of winds this kite can fly in make it a great kite for first time flyers and also means this is a kite you'll never outgrow.

great moderately priced stunt kite December 1, 2008 Phoenix (Cincinnati, Ohio) Having purchased two cheap stunt kites in the past while on vacation at the beach, I finally decided to move up to a better quality kite, inspired by my attendance at a local kite festival, which featured performances by expert stunt kite fliers. Research on the internet led me to the Prism Quantum Kite. I have now flown it both at a beach in Florida and locally in an area known for frequent winds. (I live in southwest Ohio.) Overall, I have been quite satisfied. The kite is undamaged despite repeated crashes as I learned to handle the kite. The built in shock absorber apparently works. The kite handles much more easily than the cheap kites I already own. It breaks down to about 36" X 5" X 3", and has a nice carrying case. It is a little heavy for lighter winds, which is the only limitation I have found. Still a great kite overall.
Very good beginner kite! October 11, 2008 Zulfiqar Ali Naushad (Saudi Arabia) The pull on this thing in a stiff breeze is just breathtaking! br / br /This was my first kite and boy oh boy, I am so glad I got it. br / br /The thing is constructed like a tank and can take a lot of abuse! br / br /Thoroughly recommended for everyone!
Awesome! October 10, 2008 Richard G. Cook (San Francisco, CA) I love flying kites on the beach. br /This kite has some good solid control to it too, but requires a decent breeze to pick it up as it is a bit heavy. br / br /I'm usually on the beach when flying it so that isn't normally a problem for me.
Prism Quantum Review June 29, 2008 cyberslacker 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Fun to fly, good lines, strong kite, takes a bashing and keeps on thrashing. Stunts OK. Very easy to fly. Good for a beginner.
Great Kite + Great Price = Prism Quantum June 13, 2008 Alee (Clearwater, FL USA) I received this kite promptly (as I usually do from Amazon), and I am amazed. The quality of this kite is next to none. The sail material is fantastic, the bridles are ultra strong, and the overall package is great. Prism Kites never ceases to amaze me with their product quality and reliability. Great product.
