I was looking for something for my daughter that could be used indoors when the snow comes next year that didn't look too bulky or cost an arm and a leg. I was very pleased when we got this item, it took 2 minutes (if that) to put together and she got to play with it right away. She loves the different 'cups' that come with it for sand and water play. The only thing I might change is to make the basins a little bit deeper than they are. Otherwise we are very pleased with this item and come winter we'll bring it inside and she can use it as a desk to do her art projects on. I would definetly recommend it!
