I've read plenty of the reviews before I made the purchase and many people complained about the smell of this product. I thought it couldn't possible that bad but it really is. We've only had it for a couple of days so we'll have to see. I'm just a little worried since there's been so many controversy surrounding different types of plastics. Other than that my 5 month old daughter loves to sit in it. She's tiny and I'm glad we got the one with the strap so it's extra security for us! I look forward to using the seat when we feed her for the first time.
