Product Description
This fully working fob watch has detailed engraving on the case and features speech, light & sound FX and watch chain. Requires 4 x LR44 batteries, included.

When the Doctor had to turn himself human to avoid the Family of Blood, he placed his Time Lord consciousness and true physiology inside a small ornate fob watch, which he then kept nearby at all times while he lived the life of school teacher John Smith. Although he had no memory of ever being the Doctor, and thought of himself as truly human, when the watch was opened, all the real 'Doctor' flooded back into him, turning him once more into the Time Lord he actually was.

The Doctor's oldest, bitterest enemy, the Master - another Time Lord - also had a fob watch and after escaping the devastation of the Great Time War, he too created a human persona for himself - the kindly professor Yana. When he opened his fob watch however, the Master was back, ready to take on the Doctor and threaten the very existence of the universe.

3 out of 5 stars PLASTIC   October 1, 2008

Wish the manufacturer would've used a metal casing - tin, anything, rather than plastic. Voice sound quality poor (musical greeting cards have a sharper quality). Time piece works.
Looks nice - feels cheap - cost more than it was worth.

3 out of 5 stars Looks nice but not functional as a watch   July 20, 2008

It looks very nice and pretty as a prop, but functionally it isn't the best. It is too easy to press the button on the side accidentally and cause it to start making noises. I think maybe they should have designed it so that it will only make a noise if you press the button when it's open. Also, I thought I would be able to use this as a real watch as well, but it doesn't keep time accurately at all. The second hand was sticking, and when I looked at it the next day it was off by hours.

First off i love the detail and designs on this watch. And i love to hit the button that makes the noise. And i love the fact that it actually tells time. It's just a fun toy.

But i do have to say it cost more than it's worth. And i wish the watch was not plastic. And the button on the side that makes nose is easy to hit and always go's off, if your not care full. So don't bring it to class like I do and make the teacher mad because you have the doctor's voice coming from your jacket pocket.
