Product Description
'Factory' window locks are often too-weak or easy to defeat by determined thieves and don't provide a visual cue when locked. This lock set is actually designed to be stronger than the window it locks, making it virtually impossible to be forced open. Lock can be placed to allow partial opening for ventilation; unlocking is super-simple - just pull the pin. Installation can be done in less than two minutes; drill 1/4" hole through frame of one sash into the other, attach finish piece and pin holder and you're done. Set of four complete window locks including all mounting hardware and easy-to-follow instructions. Works with most single or double-hung windows (windows that open by sliding one sash up or down) and sliding windows; wood or metal frame.
