This is the shade to use if you're looking for a quick, temporary way to block light in an arch window. Redi Shade's temporary shades feature an attractive pleated design that effectively blocks light and ensures privacy. You can install these shades in literally seconds without nails or brackets-just peel and stick. Made of durable paper. Fits half-circle arch windows of up to 48 inches wide; may be trimmed to fit windows as small as 24 inches wide.I--Josh Dettweiler/Ip

My Redi-Shade Arch shade looks quite nice. br /This is a great product, and I'm quite thankful for the ommission br /of the afternoon sun's rays! br /I have only 2 things to complain about: br /1) Even with a carpet cutter, it was quite difficult to cut; and br /2) the instructions for measuring to cut, should take into consideration the tiny "bump" in the center of the holder, for better coverage. br /

5 out of 5 stars Great Product   June 13, 2008

I got this product to shade the half-round window in my baby's room. I had priced an actual blind for the window - the quote was $637.00! I found this at a local store easily, so it's readily available and the right price. The website has other stores where you can buy it as well. Reading something from another user, I measured my window height and still left an additional half-inch, as my window is slightly wider than high. The blind was cut and installed in less than 5 minutes. The hardest part is making sure it is centered in the window. It is very sturdy and looks really nice - one of those products that does what it says and really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

4 out of 5 stars NIce price for temporary shade   April 2, 2008
J. Conhartoski (Midwest, USA)
At $20 with s/h, who can argue that this product is not perfect for it's purpose. I was a little dissapointed with the way I had to cut through 40 pleats with a razor and no matter what I did, it was not perfect. Shade is up, looks good, serves it's purpose for the price paid. Need to see darker colors as an option, that would be PERFECT!!

5 out of 5 stars A great product!   February 25, 2008

I am thrilled with my RediShade! Most arch shades I was looking at were in the hundreds of dollars. I was planning to try to make my own, then I found this one on Amazon---and it was less expensive than if I were to make my own, AND a whole lot easier and a much better product. It looks great---and has a permanent home in my window.
