Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars Heavy enough for our move, but petroleum smell overpowering   July 19, 2008
ch_everyounce (Santa Monica, CA United States)
Like all polyester products, these blankets reek of chemicals. We aired them out for a week before the move and still got headaches while moving.

But that doesn't set them apart from other moving blankets. All petroleum products stink. Oh well. We needed to protect our furniture on a long distance move and this did the trick.

These were a little small for our taste, but were thick enough and big enough to wrap around the edges of most of our furniture. Protected everything from gouges and dings, but a heavy enough blow could get through them, I'm sure.

Great for the price; awful for the planet and your nose.
