I ordered a 2" Hooded Twin Wheel Chair Caster with a stem as pictured on Amazon's website (Item Model No.9673, ASIN: B000XV8050). McLendon Hardware sent the wrong item...shipping charges to and from McLendon are not refundable...the shipping charges in this case are equivalent to the value of the item...the matter is not worth persuing. I do not recommend this provider.
