I really like this shower head.. I don't love it though. The part of the head that is not removable does not have as good of pressure as i would like... like I said, I really like it but I don't love it!

Decent shower head. Detachable head is very light to hold which is good. Fixed head can be turned off. When fixed head is ON, it gives a nice rain water style (as opposed to forced water) feeling. br / br /In cold days you can feel that water coming from fixed head (outer circular part) is colder than center part. So, I tend to turn off the outer one. This may be the effect of trying to sprinkle water droplets (which cool down on their way) instead of big jet. So, can't really blame it on the shower head. br / br /Hose is little stiff. If you have a small shower, you may notice this more. It is possible to twist it so that it stays close to wall, but when you try to take the center part in hand, it will still be tring to pull it towards wall. But, you will get used to it. br / br /Overall, nice shower head. Has the look of an expensive head but not that expensive on amazon.com at all compared to local stores.

This is a very good shower head with unique design and functions really well. My only problem when I first installing it is it was too low. My shower arm is exactly like the one in the picture. See how far and lower this thing sticks out? It brings the shower head about 2 or 3 inches closer to your head, and in my case, hit me in the neck. I found a simple solution from a third-party seller on Amazon: a Shower Arm S Style Chrome br / br /Got it in two days, installed it in 5 minutes. Not only it raised the shower head, it also brought it closer to the wall giving me more room. Now I'm totally happy!

If your shower pipe hangs down like the one pictured with the item, beware that this shower system hangs quite low. br /Mine was missing a washer but hooked up easily. br /Also the stream is a bit hard for my taste. br /

easy to install, works exactly as described, lifetime warranty sounds good. don't tighten connections too much, you can mash the washer which is a bit thin. water flow is great and settings from pulse to spray make you want to shower a bit longer. hopefully the plastic construction is sturdy enough for the long run. hose is long enough to clean the walls and tub but not too long. overall very satisfied at this point, would recommend to friends.
