Curbside Delivery and Spa Requirements - Once spa is shipped from factory, no returns are permitted
Your Mountain Mist spa will be delivered to your home within 4 weeks from the date that Mountain Mist Spas receives your order. The purchaser acknowledges that the following conditions are required for free curbside home delivery. Within approximately 5-8 working days, you will receive a call from our home delivery service to review the delivery requirements.

• All required city permits are the responsibility of the spa owner.
• All spas require a level cement slab capable of uniformly supporting the spa.
• Electrical hook-ups should be completed only by licensed contractors.
• Please refer to the owner's manual for specific electronic requirements.
• Standard shipping and curbside delivery via common carrier is included
• Signature required. Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
• Path to curbside area should be clear of obstacles.
• Where there is inadequate access, a crane may be necessary. Crane costs are not included in home delivery packages and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Extraordinary delivery requirements may require additional fees payable to the carrier.
• Once the product is shipped, there will be no returns allowed.
• Your street must accommodate a tractor/trailer (up to 65 ft. long)
• Delivery generally occurs Monday-Friday. Specific day and/or weekend delivery requests may be assessed additional charges if able to accommodate.
• Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.
• Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
• It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
• If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill.
• Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, etc.
• Merchandise is not unpackaged or set-up.
• Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please note: Spa delivery will be attempted based on the information you provide during your phone call with the carrier. If delivery is not possible on the first attempt, due to poor accessibility or missed appointments, there will be a manufacturer assessed fee, to be made payable to the local carrier/agent, if rescheduling of delivery is necessary. In preparation for your new spa, you should consult a licensed electrician. Your spa must be wired by a licensed electrician, or warranty is void. We strongly recommend that all electrical work be completed after the delivery of your spa. This will eliminate the need for two visits by an electrician (one for pre-wiring, and one for actual hard-wire hook-up).
