We have three of these timers around our property, They are as dependable and accurate as you could ask for. This purchase was to replace one that the ants got into through the extra connector hole that should hve been plugged.

I bought this as a new, separate 88 watt unit along with 5 separate lights (which only totaled 50 watts). The installation was simple enough and worked well but it would get pretty warm to the touch. The timer portion only lasted 2 years.

The two Malibu 88-Watt Power Pack with Timer and Ground Shield #ML88T bought were exactly what I needed. I had been having trouble finding replacements for my old (2)timers and at reasonal price. Old timers would not trigger on my landscape lights any more. For some reason both old timers went out at the same time. Thanks Amazon, my lights are back on.
