Probably the most *luxe* looking mailbox -for the price- available. Well made. Sturdy. Great color (an aged bronze). Attractive design. Easy installation. "Rubber"ish padding underneath the forward edge of the lid so it doesn't "clank" when closed. My only complaint is that I could not buy matching newspaper hooks. However, the hooks might not be neccessary: thus far all catalogues, regular mail Netflix DVDs have fit within with room to spare! br / br /I did not attach the "privacy plate" so I cannot comment on its effectiveness (attaches with little "stick 'em" squares - I wonder about that. I'd probably whip out my glue gun). br / br /Lastly, my mailman is even happier than I am!
