I've recently had surgery to re-attach the patellar tendon to the patella. I thought it would be a good idea to use this supplement to help with gaining strength/mass back into my quad's. I haven't been disappointed.

I tell anyone that lifts about L-Arginine. It's great for the circulation and doesn't require taking 9 horse pills a day for your amino intake.
