The mat is comfortable and the carrying bag is great. There is a wonderful CD that comes with it. I personally like purple the best of all colors.

I purchased this mat for yoga. It is a pretty basic mat but the carrying bag is a plus. It has a pocket for your keys and ID. The mat is not slippery. It also does not provie much of a cushion. So if you are looking for a mat with support this is not it. Perfect for yoga only.

It's a good mat. It's got the slightly sticky surface so that your feet don't slide, but I wouldn't have minded if it had been just slightly thicker. I would've given it 5 stars had it been a bit thicker. I love that it comes with its own bag. The bag has a pocket which is handy for putting car keys. It also came with a CD, but I haven't listened to it yet. I'm really not that advanced that I could just make up my own yoga poses along with the music.

The mat is very comfortable and it comes will a case to carry. You don't slip when sweating!!!

This is my first yoga mat for my first yoga class and love them both. Even my instructor noticed it and said she liked it. Not only is it a wonderful color but the carrying bag is a very nice touch - perfect for storing the mat and very comfortable to carry. There is even a place for your keys and cell phone so you don't even need a purse. If I ever need to replace it I will definitely get the same one.
