Best goggles ever October 6, 2008 J. Stevenson (Brooklyn NY) Most of the goggles I've tried are just a little "off" -- a little too tight, a little too leaky. Not these. All the AquaSphere goggles I've ever used have been great. My kid thinks so too, so I bought her a pair so she would stop grabbing mine. These are one of those things that you just have to have if you swim, right after air to breathe.
Useless September 30, 2008 P. Martin (Boston, MA USA) I have worn these goggles several times now and no matter how I adjust them they leak continuously. DO NOT BUY THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY
my poor eyeballs September 18, 2008 Lisa Hiltbrand (Oakland CA) I bought these goggles because they were so highly recommended. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wear them even a single time, because they were so tight against my eyes that I literally couldn't blink. What a disappointment.
LEAKS! September 15, 2008 KD14 (syracuse, ny) I was very excited when I saw Made in Italy on this product. However I have tried adjusting them every way I can, and after 5 times in the pool, they are still not right. they fill up with water within seconds. I would not recommend these to anyone. I bought a pair of Ironman googles for my husband for $4 at KMart, and his work fantastic.
Double vision September 10, 2008 Floyd Goodrich (Alta Loma, CA USA) When I received these, I loved them. They fit very comfortably and when I used them they did not leak at all. When I went underwater in my pool, I saw everything double. I tried every adjustment I could think of to correct this as nobody else seems to have this problem from the reviews I have read. Looking underwater and seeing double gave me nausea and I had to close one eye to use them. I hated to return them as they were great except for the double vision. I am ordering a different brand and see if I will have the same problems. UPDATE... I discussed this problem with my eye doctor and he believes the problem is that my eyes are inset more than most people and this makes the goggles wrap around more and this will cause the double vision. The fit and comfort of those goggles were 5 stars so don't shy away from them just because you "may" have problems like I did. Give them a try, you can always return them. UPDATE.... Just received Speedo goggles and no more double vision. They don't feel as comfortable as the Aqua Sphere goggles but they are also great goggles.
