So Far So Good May 6, 2008 David Desjardins (Spokane, WA United States) I have been using for about a month. Great for drying all the kids shoes, boots, gloves and hats.
Good product March 28, 2008 Rosemary Reader (Sandpoint, Id USA) Easy to use. Like the dual glove/boot drying ability. Not terribly attractive but function is what is important. Price was almost $50.00 higher through a popular catalogue and at a local outfitter.
Great and Compact March 27, 2008 Dr. K. (Waukesha, WI USA) This boot dryer works effectively and is compact and quiet. The family uses it frequently. Timer feature is nice.
4 gloves OK; 4 boots??? risky March 24, 2008 Amazon Ahnold (San Jose, CA) This product works as advertised. My only complaint is that it doesn't really feel sturdy enough to hold 4 heavy boots at one time. The arms flex rather easily, and I would be afraid that they would crack and break off if you tried to dry 4 ski boots at once. I'll do two boots and two gloves, or 4 gloves, but not 4 boots. If you really think that you'll need to dry 4 boots at once, I would recommend that you get two of the boot dryers that you insert down into the boots.
You need this March 1, 2008 Martin Stein (El Granada, California) I have a more sweaty foot and after a couple days of skiing the boots are always somewhat damp. This machine completely dries your boots and kills or deactivates all the odor-generating germs. It also warms them up quickly in the morning for extra comfort. The only complaint I have is that the poles appear to be not too sturdy - I feel they might break. You also have to develop your routine how to stick the shoes on the device, if you do it wrong it falls over.
