3 out of 5 stars Ok for kids   June 19, 2008

I ended up choosing this board because it was the cheapest to teach myself on, and I figured if I didnt keep with it less money wasted. Overall pretty decent board, I can only complain about the trucks, which keep coming loose at the king pin of the truck -to the point where the board is too wobbily. I've tightened them, but, interestingly enough, one of the bolts was pretty worn down already -making it a slightly difficult process. Because of that, I think I'd recommend this board for children, because I think it might put less stress on that area if there was less weight working against it.

1 out of 5 stars Horrible, even for a beginner   June 19, 2008

I am a beginner skateboarder. There are many reasons that you should not buy this product. First, the grip tape is horrible; it pretty much rubs off on contact. Also, the deck itself is bad. After doing a few ollies (and falling a couple times) the bottom has huge rips/dents in it. Finally, when I received this skateboard, the trucks were very loose. I tightened them and then began skateboarding. After about ten minutes they were loose again and the nut was jammed into the washer-type piece so I cannot even tighten it again. The bottom line is DON'T BUY THIS SKATEBOARD, IT IS A WAST OF MONEY!!

4 out of 5 stars Skate Boards OK!   March 27, 2008

I bought these for kids. They seem to be happy with the skate boards. The skate board wheel mount assemblies seem to have plenty of give to help people who aren't too heavy to steer.
