I agree with another reviewer that stated that this mattress is smelly. The plastic smell was so overwhelming for me that I had to return it. I was sorry that I had to return this mattress as it seems to be of good quality. I now have an Intex air mattress and since I prefer a firm mattress I find that I need to add more air every 4 days. The Wenzel promises no air leaks so I am sure that it is a better mattress.

We used this air mattress for the first time this weekend for overnight guests. We placed a memory foam pad on top for extra comfort and to keep the temperature a little warmer. Covered it all with over-sized sheets and a comforter. Our guests loved it! They were not too excited at first to try another air mattress, but in the morning they said it was just like sleeping on a regular bed. Extremely easy to setup and take down. And for once, a product that actually fits in the bag for storage. So far, so good.

I have slept on a number of air mattresses of varying brands that become a queen-sized plastic area rug by morning. I thought there would be a better chance of not ending up on the floor if: 1) I got a really thick one, 2) I spent a little money. br / br /It has an air chamber for both the sleeping area of the bed and the sides of the bed, which are slightly taller than the center to keep you from rolling off, I guess. I found that the sleeping area chamber held its air like a rock (a good rock, that is). The sides on the one I got seem to get a little more soft over time and need an extra shot of air here and there. This mattress inflates pretty quickly for having so much air volume. It deflates a bit slower, but still within five minutes. Folding it up and trying to fit it in the included bag is a little tough. br / br /Overall a good purchase and I would recommend it to anyone sick of sleeping on the floor.

It's a pretty good bed, one of the best in its price range. The only complaint would be that it's a little harder to get all the air out (due to the location of the built-in pump). But otherwise, it's working great so far, and keeps its air for several days. It may need a little top-up from time to time if slept on by 2 people (or one larger person).

This is an excellent bed. It inflates to a more firm support level than the other two airbeds I have owned in the past. It keeps its air for over a week without adding more. Very comfortable, I would recommend it.
