4 out of 5 stars Great book for fans on the website   September 7, 2008
A M (Rhode Island)
I really enjoy this book. It's full of great recipes just like the ones from the hungry girl website. If you are not a fan of leftovers you will also enjoy that a lot of the recipes in the book portioned for a single serving.

4 out of 5 stars Great weight loss survival strategies   September 7, 2008
B. Tullis (Owasso, Ok United States)
If you are looking for a good weight loss survival recipe book you might want to include this one. "Hungry Girl" has great-tasting real food recipes that satisfy without loading up the calories or leaving you feeling cheated. Most of the ingredients can be found in your local grocery store and won't break your budget. The book has everything from main dishes to desserts and the low-cal marguerita is fabulous! Also listed are good strategies for avoiding many of the everyday weight-loss pitfalls.
