The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) are pleased to bring you Fire Officer: Principles and Practice, a modern integrated teaching and learning system for the Fire Officer I and II levels. Fore officers need to know how to make the transition from fire fighter to leader. Fire Officer: Principles and Practice is designed to help fire fighters make a smooth transition to the fire officer. The text is the core of the teaching and learning system with features that will reinforce and expand on the essential information and make information retrieval a snap. After reviewing the two other books of this type available, this one is by far the best. The chapter on CRM is what makes this one heads and tails above the others. If you are thinking of buying this book to read, don't think about it anymore. Buy it!
