In today's fast paced society, it is very easy to become so busy and overwhelmed that life passes us by. A New Earth teaches the reader the importance of practicing presence, being in the now, and living consciously. After reading this book, all life activities become more meaningful because the reader gains insight that there is no moment but the present, and this moment must be treasured.
