Amazon.com Review Now, the classic books from the library of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry--IFantastic Beasts Where to Find Them/I and IQuidditch Through the Ages/I--are available in hardcover in a sturdy boxed gift set. (These books are written by J.K. Rowling herself under the pseudonyms Newt Scamander and Kennilworthy Whisp.) Finally, Muggles will have the chance to discover where the Quintaped lives, what the Puffskein eats, and why it is best not to leave milk out for a Knarl. The Quidditch textbook explains where the Golden Snitch came from, how the Bludgers came into existence, and why the Wigtown Wanderers have pictures of meat cleavers on their clothes. Both books, designed to look like Harry Potter's actual, used Hogwarts textbooks, feature silly scribblings from Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Proceeds from the sale of this gift set will go to improving and saving the lives of children around the world. Harry Potter fans, rejoice! (All ages)
Product Description When first released to Muggles in March 2001, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Quidditch Through the Ages further enlightened Harry Potter fans about the dangers and delights of the wizarding world. Now these two charming works of non-fiction are available in hardcover -- in a special keepsake slipcase edition!

For the ultimate Harry Potter fan November 27, 2008 Vaughn Gardner (Eastern WA) The Harry Potter School Book Set is a must for every Harry Potter fan. The books are great reads and of course, J.K. is a story teller extrodinaire.
Good Addition To a Harry Potter Collection November 16, 2008 Eric Smith The Harry Potter Schoolbooks are written as if they really came from the wizarding world. The box set contains just too books which are around 50-70 pages long each, but include interesting back-story about the world of Harry Potter with respect to beasts and Quidditch. The books are inexpressive and also 20% of the cost should go to charity. I would really like to see more schoolbooks come out now that the seventh book in the series has been written. Half-Blood Prince's Potions book anyone?
My son (10 y/o) can't get enough Harry Potter October 21, 2008 JOESAW (Kensington, MD) My son finished these books in about 2 days. I wish they had been longer, as I can't seem to find books that he likes as well as Harry Potter.
hp school books October 9, 2008 J. Mclain (sioux falls, sd) although some parts were interesting, there were parts that seemed boring and repetitive of what was written in the 7 hp books. although these books are a great extention for the harry potter library and there are fun little writings in the beasts one, they do get a little boring at times.
A special peek into the world of Harry Potter. October 6, 2008 N. Christensen These books are a unique gift from the ever creative mind of J. K. Rowling. For the avid Harry Potter enthusiast, these book give you a new perspective on the Harry Potter world. For the Harry Potter fan, the books are well written and fun to read. In addition, I loved the hand written notes from Harry and Ron. Very funny and lots of fun.
