Great book for teaching literacy September 20, 2007 Heather B. Brooks (Raleigh, NC, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great book if you are trying to teach Braille. It works for small chlidren learning to read for the first time or for adults who have lost their vision. I love, love, love her functional approach. It includes ideas like having a braille rich environment and creating stories together in braille. It gives all the steps you need to provide braille instruction. Through Patterns away - it's boring! This is fun and custom made for your kids or adults!
