My 10 year old loved this book! September 18, 2008 J. Corwin (Albuquerque, NM) My 10 year old son thought this book was great! He took it to school to show his "peeps".
Bigger pictures would have been better August 14, 2008 D. Langston (Saint Charles, Illinois USA) I bought this book for my 5 year old son -- who looooves bionicles. He loves to create the bionicles in the book, however the pictures are small so it makes a bit harder. He does love to listen to the descriptions of all the bionicles. Only complaint -- larger pictures would have been better.
My Boys Loved It February 29, 2008 K. J. Defatte (WI, USA) Lots of extra info to read about these characters Mom finds odd, but sons LOVE! :-) Pictures are, as they tell me, "WAY cool!"
Good Reference February 20, 2008 Dominicanita (NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Our 5 year old son likes Bionicle and has built a few of them (with a little help) but doesn't know a lot about the history or characters. The Bionicle world seems so complex. However, this Bionicle Encyclopedia is very informative and helps the reader understand the Bionicle world a lot better. Whenever our son is interested about a particular Bionicle character, place, thing or term we just look it up in the encyclopedia. The fact that it's alphabetized makes it very easy to look things up. We also like the fact that it shows correct pronunciations (especially since we're not sure how to pronounce some of the names). We like the pictures but we wish they had a picture of every character in the Bionicle world...other than that we think it's a great Bionicle encyclopedia! br /.
Great for Bionicle Enthusiast! January 30, 2008 Nomadagain (Southern California) My 9 year old son received this for Xmas and he has not put it down since (now end of Jan). He brings it with him every where. He loves Bionicles, plays with them, builds them, reads the Bionicle series of books, so this was right up his alley.
