5 out of 5 stars Every Chord Helps   September 13, 2008

I should have bought this book years ago, that's if I knew it existed, what rock was I living under... This is a book full of magic! very easy to understand and will give you a mind full of chords to play. No need to try and build chords myself, there all in here!

This book is fantastically cool. br / br /It shows nearly every chord in 3 forms: Movable, Open, and in the Intervallic form. Every single chord is noted on staff AND shown in a diagram. Great for reference and also great for getting readers into music notation-reading; it gives an easy way to translate guitar chords into staff chords, much like "A Notated Intervallic Study of Scales" does for Scales and Modes. Great book! br / br /-Dr. Kenneth
