2 out of 5 stars Didn't work for me.   June 11, 2008

Some people swear by these blood type diets, and their logic sort of makes sense. I tried it seriously for 3 months and I didn't notice a difference in my health status or energy level. Oh well. [...] offers a nutrition-typing program that I might try but it sounds a little subjective.

Amazing results! I had really strange digestion problems I knew were being mis diagnosed. After reading this, and following the diet, in 2 days I'm not sick anymore and don't take ANY stomach meds after 5 yrs. of sickness. Check it out.

5 out of 5 stars Eat Right for Your Blood Type   November 25, 2007

A must read book for everyone who is serious about health - as a pharmacist for almost 30 years, I have been wondering why certain medications would work for some people and why it doesn't work for others - I found the answers, finally. It is very important for some people to eat what is best for their blood type in order to get well. 1 of my pharmacy students lost over 20 lbs in just a few months and she has been keeping her weight down thru eating accordingly!

Simply the best thing I've ever done for my body. If you are tired of dieting why not trade in the foods your body can't process for those it can?

I haven't felt this good since I was a teenager (and that's been a few decades). The website is great also.
