Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Give your camera a little extra support while zooming in for a close-up with the Kodak 68" monopod. This four-section unit adjusts from 21 inches all the way up to 68 inches, making it a handy accessory for sports or nature photography. It also weighs a mere 1 pound and is easy to carry, thereby creating more space in your camera bag for other gear. And thanks to the flip-lever locks and double-grooved leg, it's easier than ever to adjust the unit to a comfortable height. Other details include a rubber-retractable spike bottom, a foam hand grip, a wrist strap, and a 1/4 x 20 thread mount. It is also backed by a ten-year warranty.

4 out of 5 stars Great Deal   October 24, 2008
Michael L. Shelby (Rhonert Park, CA USA)
I just received it and I can't wait to try it out more. I have used it once and for the price I am very happy with it.

4 out of 5 stars Extremely stable, but not small (which is supposed to be the point, right?)   September 23, 2008
Seth Baklor (Orlando, FL USA)
The mono pod is surprisingly stable and does everything you could possibly want a folding stick to do. It is extremely useful for using smaller high-res cameras since they are harder to hold still. br /BUT - when folded it is still surprisingly large. In fact, it is larger (mostly in length) then my TRIPOD by quite a significant margin. And I have a fairly substantial Manfroto tripod.

5 out of 5 stars Kodak Monopod   September 15, 2008
William C. Pizzo (FL and ME USA)
This was just what I needed to stabilize my Canon Rebel when I have a heavier telephoto lens on it. It is compact, light weight and the case fits nicely on the outside of my bag.

5 out of 5 stars monopod with service   July 15, 2008
Rich D. (Sonoma, CA USA)
I needed a monopod after watching hand held video I recorded on my Canon HF-100. I'm not going to repeat anything from other reviews except Amazon continues to provide great products at bargain prices. This Kodak monopod works great, costs $15.00 and comes from 47th Street Photo who kept in touch until it arrived. It was a pleasure working with this company.

Kodak 68" "Go Anywhere" Professional Monopod br /For the price you cant go wrong. It's very lightweight and easy to use. br /The only drawback I have is the cloth case you can store it in. Other than that it's a great buy...I reccomend it.
