only good if you're in crystal clear water February 15, 2008 T. Kong (CA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
We used this camera to swim with the manatees and we ended up trashing most of the pictures. Because we weren't in super super clear water like in Hawaii, the pictures didn't turn out that great even though there's a flash. The water was clear enough where I thought the pictures would turn out better since we used a disposable camera without flash the last time we were in Crystal Rive, FL. We were very disappointed since all the reviews were really good for this camera.
The worst camera ever January 31, 2008 Oleg Aronov 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I just come back from my vacation to Caribian, where we did a lot of snorkeling. I bought this camera specially for this trip and used it a lot... br /Can you imagine my feelings when there were NO ONE picture that you can see. They even did not charge me in the processing center, because there was nothing to print... br / br /Two rolls of films (24 each) and NO pictures at all. The rolls were Kodak 800 (the best you can get) and I followed all instructions (I am tech guy, so it's not an issue). br / br /Next time I will buy one-time use Kodak or other brand underwater camera, but this one is trash... br /
Paid for two, received one - what a deal for Adorama Camera January 28, 2008 S. Thomas (Portland, OR) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I recently bought two reusable underwater cameras from Adorama Camera through Amazon. The reviews for this company looked great so I felt I couldn't go wrong. How wrong I was! I paid for two, but got one! Wait, thats the wrong way around... I immediately sent an email to the company requesting another camera or my money back and noted the shipping costs that were paid for the weight of one camera. However, in contrast to their great customer rating, I never heard back from them! br / br /Beware the deal you will get from shopping with Adorama Camera - they're in it for themselves apparently! br / br /
It really works June 18, 2007 Kenneth A. Fisher (Florida) 17 out of 18 found this review helpful
I am a Nikon SLR guy, but I wanted something cheap for snorkling. This camera actually works. You are limited sometimes since the flash is not on a cord. But for $20, it does what it claims: underwater 35mm with a dinky flash.
