Over the past few years I have accumulated a variety of Black Decker 18 volt powered tools. Needless to say, the accompanied plug in chargers take their sweet time bringing the battery to full power. On average the batteries have required almost 4 hours before reaching full charge. br / br /The Black Decker 9.6-18V charger has been a welcome surprise. It completely recharges batteries in about 2 hours or less. This nicely weighted accessory is a time saver and a worthy investment that has more then paid for itself. I own two of these units and highly recommend this product.

This charger seems to be good. It mounts on the wall and is extremely fast charging 18-volt BD cordless battery packs. I just hope it lasts longer than the original charger did.
