This scale SUCKS November 8, 2008

This is my second scale and both cannot reset calibration even though I follow the steps to do so. There is no address for the 5 year warranty on the manual and the seller, "Scales n Tools" requires you write to them before returning any scale, but amazon brings up an error when attempting to do that. I bought this product and I expect it to work, but it doesn't. DONT BUY THIS SCALE, IT SUCKS!
