Very good quality, very pleased so far October 27, 2008 Michael J. Siener I've purchased many garden hose nozzles over the years in a lazy manner - going to Lowe's Hoe Depot; everything I've bought from them - JUNK. Nothing lasted over a year and after becoming absolutely disgusted with their cheap, China-made junk, I began to do some research - seeking out a better quality product. THANK YOU AMAZON for at least offering better quality products. It sure seems that the big box stores sole focus is on carrying goods that are CHEAP; unfortunately, for us consumers, the old adage is true . . . you get what you pay for; CHEAP price, translates to CHEAP quality. This garden hose is pretty heavy solid in the hand; operates very well and so far, is GREAT! Although I don't know if this product is made in China too, I am at least pleased that Toro has manufactured this product, which, so far, seems of high quality.
simply ok October 12, 2008 Drew (newtown pa) After having two similar plastic nozzles fail, admittedly with serious abuse (driving over one with a SUV...), I wondered if paying almost twice as much for an all metal nozzle was worth while. The construction seems sturdy on this nozzle, but the spray patterns simply aren't as good. Compared to previous nozzles, the often used "shower" setting went too wide and made watering flower pots hard, the power/blast setting was weak, and the overall water flow seemed unimpressive. I have a 3/4" garden hose with good pressure; this nozzle should really flow some water, and it simply doesn't. br /Initial verdict: not worth the money.
Finally a solid good working nozzle October 1, 2008 Scott (NJ) I go thru nozzles every year from either it leaking or breaking. This one finally seems to be made very well and best of all when you twist for different settings it doesn't leak! I also like that the different settings are powerful and accurate. My last nozzle's jet setting was very sloppy and was more of a spray. This one is very precise and sharp. br / br /I also like that there is a small nob that lets you control the pressure from min-max on any spray setting so when your spraying something up close you can lower it for delicate things rather than trying to regulate the pressure with your hand on the trigger. br / br /I have a feeling this hose nozzle will last more than one season!

SO FAR SO GOOD WE WILL SEE HOW LONG IT LASTS THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT IT THE OTHERS BREAK WITHIN A YEAR
nice nozzle August 4, 2008 Carl Robinson (London, Ky) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Nice nozzle. Operates well with all the spraying positions you would need. The pressure regulator is real handy especially when watering potted plants. Had to return it because of defect but the ease and speed of Amazon's customer service department is outstanding. That is the reason I did not give it five stars.
