This item has eye appeal and looks good in a natural environment, however, it takes a good wind to move the chime---and the resulting sound is nothing to write home about. I guess that is why it's called a windbell rather than a windchime.

This wonderful garden bell is the perfect gift. I buy 4 of them at a time ,and keep them in the gift closet for when I need a small or sentimental gift. The price is reasonable, the quality is outstanding...and oh yes! I just gave my last one away, I am off to order four more.........

heavy, detailed iron piece. nice sound in the wind nice and mellow for a high wind area.

Wind chime was a lot smaller than expected. I know it says 10 inches, but the bell was about 2 inches in diameter.
