This company is in California so service is limited or not avaliabe with out shipping mowers back. I bought this MPL mower in the title 3.5 weeks ago. I could not get it to run and after customer service that was good helped me I found out the mower had a circut board damaged in shipping. The MPL COMPANY said they would mail me out a new circut board. I recieved a package from MPL yesterday which was sopose to be the part needed and it is not the circut board, it is some type of rechargeable trimmer. After all this I wish I purchased the rechargeable mower from a local store and this would all be done! My Honest Story. Take Care

ORDERED THE MPL MOWER FROM JACK'S TOOL SHED, RECEIVED IT QUICKLY, FOUND THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL WAS OFF & DAMAGED-NOTIFIED JACK'S & MPL CORP. CUST. SERVICE-THEY SENT A NEW WHEEL OUT WITHIN A WEEK, HOWEVER, IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE-NOTIFIED MPL AGAIN- SAID THEY WOULD SEND THE CORRECT ONE ASAP. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH QUICK RESPONSE, THEY WERE EAGER TO PLEASE, WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN--USED MOWER ONCE ALREADY, WORKS GREAT, LOTS OF POWER, VERY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE

This mower is everything I'd hoped it would be, with the exception of being a little heavy. I get the added benefit of getting an upper body workout when mowing the grass! I love it! It is easier to start than my old gasoline engine mower and there are no harmful fumes.

we really wanted this mower at the great price it was offered at. when we got it, we followed the instructions and waited 3 days for it to charge and it wouldn't ever charge up, my husband noticed 2 screws missing and opened up the top and realized that those 2 screws should have held all the electronic workings together inside the mower and that they were a jumbled, broken mess. we contacted the company who said this was a shipping problem (we disagreed since the screws looked like they were never installed) and that we had to contact amazon for a return. we were not able to get a new replacement because we bought it on closeout and the price had jumped up over a $100 and the product was not eligible for an exchange. Amazon was of course wonderful as always in picking the product up at no charge and refunding 100% of our purchase price, but we were disappointed with this sellers service and ended up going to Sears to buy the mower we looked at 3 weeks earlier.
