This is an outstanding stylus. It is the second one that I have purchased. I use it primarily for my Palm T/X. I don't like the smaller stylus that comes with the Palm. Dr. Grip's stylus is easy to hold and easy to maneuver. I also use it with my GPS unit in my car. It makes it easier to reach the GPS unit on the windshield and is easier to select the different options with the stylus than with my fingers. I wholeheartedly recommend the Dr. Grip Stylus Pen Combo. I give it 5 stars.

The pen is not small, but that should be the only consideration. It's made by Pilot and the quality shows. I use it every day. The mechanism is smooth and sure, the stylus works fine and is bright pink so you can see at a glance you have what you want, and the pen (black ink) is smooth and writes very well. This is one of those gel padded grip pens, and it's very comfortable.
