Complex construction and missing pieces August 16, 2008

I needed these for a drawer in my desk that didn't have the built in file folder brackets. I received the package and quickly realized that #1 there were missing pieces (all the black connector pieces you see in the picture) and #2 you need a hammer and pliers to mold the metal to your desired shape and size and make the connections. This is not an easy structure to build. I returned the piece the day I received it (and would have regardless of the missing pieces).
