Product Description Targus' first Rolling Notebook Backpack combines the best of both worlds. At first glace you can see that it is a stylish, durable backpack with plenty of features but look a bit closer and you can see that it is also a roller. The TSB700 glides on in-line skate wheels and includes a 2-tier telescoping locking handle for easy navigation. A protective rear flap holds the shoulder straps in place when using it as a roller, then lower the flap to cover the wheels for greater comfort when in backpack mode. For additional convenience it has a handle grip on the bottom of the case that allows for easy lifting into your car or an airline overheard compartment. Other features include a padded, removable slip case for notebooks with up to 15.4" screens, top front pocket with protective lining for iPod/MP3 players, PDA or sunglasses, bottom front pocket with business card holder, pen loops and key clip, a main compartment with plenty of file and accessory storage, a large side pocket, even a side mesh water bottle holder. Stylish, practical and ready to go, this case has it all.

Targus is a Hit January 7, 2009 P. Peterson This product was easy to purchase because the information was readily available. I bought this for my techie daughter who travels for her job. She was killing her back and shoulders carrying her laptop and tools to each job, but now she can just wheel everything to each location. She LOVES IT and I'm so happy to have come up with something to help her avoid wrenched back muscles. By the way, it really does fit under an airline seat. Perfect!
Targus TSB700 December 25, 2008 PEBO (St. Paul, MN) I have owned my bag since 2006. It has traveled with me all over the country, both by air and ground. The bag has protected my computer also allowing me to safely carry many of the electronic paraphanalia in the middle compartment. br /By using velcro on the back flap, the bag easily goes from rolling to backpack. The backpack is comfortable to use with wide straps avoiding them from digging in. br /I highly recommed this bag and if my current one every wears out, I will purchase another one.
pretty good bag December 7, 2008 Deborah Palay (Chicago) I looked at every rolling backpack in every store, and at a ton of websites. I finally decided on this one. It is very sturdily made and has wheeled around just fine. My computer is quite well-protected from bumps and knocks. The negatives: it doesn't fit under an airline seat - has to go in the overhead. It is kind of smaller than it appears. I am in medical school, and it really only holds the computer and about two books. That's enough for me, but it might not be for some folks. All in all, I would recommend it just because it is really well-made and I am not concerned that it will fall apart, burst a seam, refuse to telescope (the handle!), break a zipper, etc.
The best Notebook backpack for College November 27, 2008 Carol Kiekow (Montgomery, MN USA) I had a great deal of difficulty finding a backpack that is large enough to hold my laptop computer, along with the textbooks I need to bring back and forth between home and college. Additionally, as a woman, I needed something that would not be too heavy to lift into my vehicle or carry up stairs at school. This backpack is the perfect size, and the weight distribution is such that it is not impossible to carry up those stairs.
Targus rolling backpack November 18, 2008 P. Budnick (havertown, pa) i've had a targus backpack for years then experienced back/neck and shoulder problems. i ordered the rolling backpack and have been using it for the past few months, since october. i must admit that it is user-friendly and the rollers make it easy to maneuver. since i use it for local and regional travel, i need a product that will comparably hold what the non-roller backpack held. the wheel compartment does take up a bit of space thereby leaving less room for my folders, lunch and computer. also, the "plastic" liner material has a specific odor, resembling that of burnt material, but has dissipated somewhat. nevertheless, i decided to give it more time. br /just this morning, while i was loading up for work, i noticed that the outer pocket seam next to the zipper-on the lower left hand side-if the bag is facing you-is frayed. since the product is only a few months old, i am quite dissatisfied. if i could only put a wheel compartment on my old ORIGINAL (authentic) targus....................... br /
