5 out of 5 stars Awesome earphones   October 20, 2008

This pair of earphones is absolutely one of the best buys for me. Clarity of the music is great and i could even hear sounds of a few instruments that i previously could not hear. The pack comes with 3 different pairs of earbuds and a casing for the earphones. br /For anyone who likes music but isn't too willing to spends over a hundred dollars on an earphones, i would recommend this.

These are already my second pair of AKGs and i use them daily for my iPod's. They are perfect and the sound quality for my type of music (dance, trance, house) is outstanding.... br / br /

4 out of 5 stars Decent Sounding Headphones   May 7, 2008

I have owned a lot of in-ear headphones: Shure E3, Shure E2, Bose Tri-Port, KOSS The Plug and a few cheaper models. To be honest, all of the in-ear headphones I've owned have been a compromise and I have found something not to like about each of them. Probably the most accurate are the Shure E3's but some times their lack of bass, makes me want to get rid of them. I am not a "bass hound" by any means. In fact, I think the Bose Tri-Port are too bassy. br / br /I own a pair of over the ear AKG 240's that I've used for about 10 years and I like the way they sound. So I decided to give these AKG earbuds a try. br / br /They aren't bad. They aren't as transparent as the E3's, but they have a nice tight bass that isn't over powering, and a somewhat pronounced treble. I find that I can run these on my iPod with the EQ off or sometimes in the Treble Reducer position. br / br /The K324's do a decent job of sealing out outside noise. Not as good as the E3's or E2's, but better the Koss Plug. They come with three very different size silicone ear pieces so even if you have weird shaped ear canals like I do, you should find one that fits. br / br /The only downside is that the cord is very thin. br / br /I like these headphones. They sound good and the price is reasonable enough that if you try them and don't like them, you are not out a lot of money.
