This magazine is something I have looked forward to receiving regularly for the last four years. It is well laid out and appealing to the eye--but, far more importantly, it has timely and informative articles about major health concerns of our time. Issues regarding drugs, diet, exercise, hygiene, cancer, diabetes and more are presented in an easy to read, professional manner. There are important articles about the benefits and even risks of such things as antioxidants, other vitamins and supplements such as Ginseng.

The front page includes a section called "Wellness Facts," which are brief advisories for groups of people such as seniors, men, women, or all people in general!

The magazine is geared toward people who really want to make intelligent choices about their health--but, of course, if you're really in trouble or even just think that you might be, consult a doctor. I wouldn't use this magazine as a substitute for a medical check-up.

In short, for lots of relevant and up to the minute information about health concerns and/or whether or not certain treatments can help, this magazine is practically a must-have! However, keep in mind that this could never replace the value of a face to face consultation with a competent physician about any health problems that may be particular to you.
